OTAPress is a travel agency providing flights, hotels, tours, Umrah and visa services.

2. Booking & confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when full payment is received and an e-ticket / voucher is issued.

3. Cancellation & refunds

• Flights: Subject to the airline's fare rules. Service charges are non-refundable.
• Hotels: Cancellation policies vary by property and rate.
• Tour & Umrah packages: Refunds follow the cancellation terms shown on each package at the time of booking.
• Visa fees: Embassy and government fees are non-refundable.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your booking is held until payment is confirmed.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which OTAPress operates.
